OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a result which can be defined as the ratio of actual output of the equipment’s divided by the maximum output of equipment’s the best performance conditions which is Ideal Vs Actual. The overall equipment’s effectiveness originated from the Total productive maintenance and practices, the aim of TPM is to achieve the ideal performance and achieved the zero loss. Which means no production scrap or defects, no breakdown, no accident, no waste in the process remaining or changeover.
